The pasting machine is an important part of photo-lithography process in the former process of round crystal manufacturing, and it mainly applies gelatinizing and other processes of packaging technology in the back-end production. The control system of the pasting machine is generally nonlinear and multi input and multi output, and requires high response of the system. Each gluing servo unit of a gluing robot shall have the functions of linkage and independent movement at the same time. The combination of EtherCAT technology and Hongke KPA Automation soft PLC technology can solve the strong coupled problem of each robot coating. At the same time, modern advanced industrial computer technology can solve the problem that high-precision complex algorithms are difficult to achieve high real-time performance on the motion control card.
☝ Control system based on EtherCAT soft PLC and IO modules
The control system of this paper is based on HK-EX industrial controller and Automation softPLC of Hongke under EtherCAT system. Unlike Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC used in traditional industrial sites, Hongke’s soft Automation softPLC has higher programming flexibility and stronger compatibility with complex actions, so it is more suitable for gluing and robot applications.
